At PLAYe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn and tagged items. If your fit isn't perfect, we are here to help you find the right style or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PLAYe account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Package the Items

  Place the original items with all designer tags attached into the shipping box, ensuring the package is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
